Granite was formed as long as 300 million years ago. It began as a mass of molten rock formed by volcanic activity. Granite is an igneous rock composed mostly of feldspar, quartz and biotite and is minded around the world from Countries such as, Italy, India, Africa, Finland, China, South America, and North America. It is highly sought after due to its elegant appearance combined with various minerals, colours, striations, deposits and veins. The polishing process creates the diamond and glass like finish which highlights the brilliance and depth of colour in every panel produced.
